Scott and Scott Inc. Home Inspections Company Profile:
The Scott family has been providing quality objective and reasonably priced residential home inspections since 1996 with pride and professionalism. We are a family owned and operated business. Scott and Scott Inc. is owned by George Neil Scott (who prefers to be called Neil) and Valerie Scott, husband and wife, who have been in the real estate business since 1993. G. Neil Scott has many years of home inspection experience and a background in construction and the home improvement industry. He has done his own inspections since 1994. Our oldest son, Neil, has been inspecting single family and multi-family homes, condos and co-ops since 2008 and plans to continue the family tradition of providing the same great quality home inspection services. We are located in the fantastic city of Stamford, (Fairfield County) Connecticut. Our goal is to provide top-quality and objective home inspections while keeping our prices reasonable and affordable. We care about our clients and we do our best to help our clients make the best decisions when it comes to one of the greatest investments they will make in the lives....their homes.
You should look at your house as an investment and you should look at a home inspection as research on your investment. Home inspections can uncover potential problems that may cost you thousands of dollars that you haven’t budgeted for. For some people, this can be a major setback to home ownership. If you’re already spending top dollar for your home, do you have several thousand dollars extra set aside for unexpected repairs and replacements. If you don’t, a home inspection is a very good way to protect your investment and also help you determine if you can really afford the house and it's problems.
At Scott and Scott, Inc. Home Inspections, you come first as our client. We are facilitators of the home purchasing/selling process. We provide experienced, thorough, and objective opinions about conditions that exist in the home you ask us to inspect.
